Service rate pricing is guaranteed fixed for a minimum of one year at a time. however, on average service rates tend to remain consistent for 2 to 4 years unless there is no changes in economic inflation.
Payment Methods: We only accept company cheques, cash, direct deposits, electronic transfer, or money order---plus applicable taxes.
DETAILED TERMS: We provide 2 weeks/14 days due date or grace period for the payment to be made. There will be a charged of 2 percent interest on any remaining balance amount if not paid in full before the due date. An amount of $ 40.00 charge on N.S.F. cheques - 30 day advance notice of any price changes.
Equipment and Cleaning Supplies: Any products and equipments that is supplied by the Service Provider(JJJ Janitorial Services) to the customer based upon their service agreement contract shall remain the sole property of JJJ Janitorial Services in order to render their services. The Customer shall not sell, encumber or otherwise dispose of the equipment. The Customer shall not part with possesion, custody or control of the equipment, or any interest in or to the eqipment or remove the equipment from the address to which the equipment was delivered, without the prior written consent of the Service Provider. The Customer shall keep affixed in a conspicuous position on the equipment such name plates, logos, mark or numbers as the Service Provider may require for the purpose of identifying the equipment as the property of the Service Provider. At the request of the Service Provider, the customer will assemble the equipment and surrender custody of the equipments and all remaining products and cleaning supplies to the Service Provider upon expiration of their term at such place and time as designated by the Service Provider in retaking possesion of the equipments. JJJ Janitorial Services or its representative will be allowed access or enter any premises or location containing the equipments and supplies. The Customer agrees that the Service Provider has the right to attend the Customer’s premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspections, maintaining or removing the equipment. In particular, the Service Provider shall be entitled to remove the equipments and cleaning supplies upon expiration of the term. The Customer agrees that the Service Provider will not be responsible for the repair of mounting holes or other damage reasonably incidental to the removal of the equipment for whatever reason, the Customer shall be liable for loss or damage to equipment where careless abuse is involved. The Service Provider will not be liable for any injury or damages resulting from negligent use of its equipments and cleaning products. The Customer agrees to purchase supplies for the equipment exclusively from the Service Provider while it carries on business and while the equipment is on its premises. Title to and ownership of delivered stock shall not pass to the Customer on delivery but shall remain the property of the Service Provider at the Customer’s risk until the full amount due hereunder is paid in full.
